If payment status is unclear or you do not receive the expected order confirmation, first check your account and payment status. If you are still unsure, contact Tellyco with your email address and any order/payment reference.

Orders placed on a working day before 17:00 are currently advertised as shipping the same day.

The current Tellyco storefront advertises free shipping from €89.

Changes & cancellations
Contact us before it ships.
If you notice a mistake in your order, contact Tellyco as quickly as possible. Once a parcel has entered the shipping process, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact support immediately. Whether an address can still be changed depends on the order and shipping status.
Where is my invoice?
Check your account and order emails. Business invoice details depend on the tax treatment of the specific products.
Why does VAT look different on some products?
